Tom from Malvern Glass gave us a quote to change our windows and we were really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail, even giving us advise about how best to have the openings for the kitchen window, so we decided to go ahead as the price was competitive too. Richard and his colleague carried out the survey before fitting and were very thorough with their checking and measuring. The fitting was carried out by Dave and Tim who did a wonderful job, and were very professional, with nothing being too much trouble for them. They've all done a fantastic job from start to finish.
